No matter how severely damaged your hydraulic ram may be, we can provide you with a repair solution. Our materials and seals are obtained directly from the manufacturers, this means we can repair rams from any type or make of equipment, whatever your plant, we can handle it all.

All hydraulic rams brought in for repair are dismantled and assessed, we then prepare a fixed price quotation for the work required.
If replacement parts are required we manufacture them in house from our stocks of quality materials. In this way we do not have to rely on obtaining expensive parts from the maker or suffer the inevitable delays that would ensue.
We hold large stocks of chromium plated piston rod material, and cylinder tube on the premises. The materials used are exactly the same as those the original manufacturer used to make your ram in the first place. We know, we also manufacture quality rams. We use the very best seal suppliers in the business and fit only equivalent or better quality seals to the rams we repair.
Our cylinder honing capacity is amongst the best in the UK this allows us to offer you more options for the repair of badly scored cylinder bores.
If you have cylinders from marine and offshore equipment then you can rely on our many years of experience in "Marinising" such items. We utilize stainless steel, corrosion resistant electro plating and other surface coatings to achieve high quality salt resistant repairs.
We have wide experience of producing rams for RO/RO ferries, deck cranes and winches, Oil producing platforms, and sub sea ROV's, plus pipe handling equipment.
Our in-situ electroplating process allows us to repair small areas of damage on a metal or plated surface. Unlike conventional electroplating, selective plating allows us to repair otherwise sound piston rods that have small areas of damage without resorting to grinding and overplating the whole surface. The method can also be used to repair scored or damaged bores. The process is portable and can be performed in-situ on board a vessel or in a customers factory etc.
